Mukurweini MP John Kaguchia was charged at Milimani but did not plead as lawyers challenged the charge.

Mukurweini MP John Kaguchia was on Tuesday charged at the Milimani Law Courts with behaving in an offensive manner likely to cause a breach of the peace on August 1, 2026, in Kieni Constituency.

However, he did not plead to the charge, as his lawyers have challenged its constitutionality.

Shortly before his arraignment at Milimani, he was spotted boarding a car outside Kamukunji Police Station while wearing a cap branded with Democracy for the Citizens Party (DCP) slogans.
