The judge adjourned for lawyers to sought issues of representation.

Five suspects among the 10 suspects  arrested over the gangland-style murder of clinical psychiatrist  Dr  Victoria Mutiso were on Tuesday arraigned before Justice Alexander Muteti.

However, plea was delayed to allow sort legal representation as one suspect, Maritim Kimutai, has no agreed legal representation.

Two lawyers, J K Mutai and a court appointed lawyer Mary Gathoni, were directed to reach an agreement. The judge adjourned for lawyers to sought issues of representation.

Those in the dock are Rose Mbithe Mulwa together with her two children Chris and Angella, who are both lawyers. Others are police officer Elijah Kibellion Kimoi and Maritim Kimutai. They are awaiting to plead.
